We are proud to honor California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. (CRLA) as the 2026 Law Day Award recipient in recognition of its longstanding commitment to advancing justice and expanding access to legal services for rural and underserved communities.

The national Law Day theme, designated by the American Bar Association, is “The Rule of Law and the American Dream.” The rule of law—the principle that no person is above the law—helps ensure that everyone has the freedom and opportunity to pursue their goals and aspirations. It protects individual rights and supports the promise of the American Dream.
