The Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin, has released its Letter of Circulation and Proposed Local Rule Changes for review and comment.

Members are encouraged to submit comments via email to localrules@sjcourts.org with the subject line: “Comments on Proposed Rule Changes.”

Deadline to submit comments: No later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2025.
