All Governors shall be members in good standing of the SJCBA and shall have been duly licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction in the United States at the time he or she is elected to or begins his or her term of service on the Board of Governors; and shall have served on a Committee or Section Executive Committee, at any time during their SJCBA membership.
