This committee meets regularly with the Probate Judges, the Superior Court Representatives, and other probate experts regarding local probate procedures and practices, including:

• Revised the Notice to Heirs
• Probate Referee Information
• Start-up Conservator fees
• Reviewed forms for up-grading, amendment or elimination of obsolete forms
• Adjustment of probate section of local court rules to assure conformity to statute
• Liaison with the bench to address any problems that may from time to time arise
