New Lawyers Reception 2011 Photos

On February 10, 2011, the Bank of Stockton hosted a reception to honor the newest members of the San Joaquin County legal profession.  Nine new attorneys who had recently passed the California State Bar gathered with more than a hundred community members, family, and veteran lawyers in the expansive Bank of Stockton offices on Miner Avenue in Stockton.  University of the Pacific President Pamela A. Eibeck, PhD, PE was the keynote speaker for the evening.

Law Day Luncheon 2011 Photos

Thank you for making our 2011 Law Day Luncheon such a huge success!  Everyone here at the Bar is so grateful for our keynote speaker: Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye, who delivered a well articulated and educational talk that captured this year's theme: John Adams from Boston to Guantanamo beautifully.  Unending thanks go out, as well, to one of the truly unsung heroes of our legal community: Ann Cerney, the 2011 Law Day recipient.

Law Day Educational Program 2011 Photos

The Law Day Educational Program was held on May 5, 2011 at the San Joaquin Office of Education. Over 800 eighth grade students and their teachers were in attendance, learning about the consequences of gang violence and substance abuse.
