The Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) is a non-profit public service of the San Joaquin County Bar Association’s serving the legal needs of those in San Joaquin County. We will set up an appointment for you with a pre-screened qualified landlord/tenant attorney in San Joaquin County.

How it Works
When you contact us either by phone or by using our secure online form, please be prepared to have the following information available:
- Are you the Landlord or Tenant?
- Provide a brief description on the type of landlord/tenant issue you need legal help with.
- The month, day and time or range of dates that your incident occurred.
- Names of everyone involved.
What is Costs
There is a non-refundable $30 fee and you will receive up to a half hour consultation with an experienced landlord/tenant law attorney.
