Family Law

This section is open to all SJCBA members interested in family law, the family law court and related issues. You can join the section by paying your section dues together with your SJCBA annual dues; see the SJCBA Membership Application for more information.

Family Law Meetings:

The Section meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Noon at the Bar offices, except for the Executive Committee, Mediators, Bench & Section meetings which are held at Superior Court. Meetings rotate monthly between the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee and the Mediators, and the Executive Committee, the entire Section, the Mediators and the Family Law Bench.
