Civil Litigation

The Civil Litigation Section is open to any member with an interest in these areas of law. You can add the section dues to your annual Bar Membership. Download the SJCBA Membership Application. Contact the section chair if you want to be more active.

The overriding goals of the Section are (1) to assist the civil departments of the Superior Court in coping with the severe budget restraints the Court will face in the near term and perhaps beyond, and (2) to enhance the knowledge and experience of Section members through quarterly programs.
